For nearly 250 years, Givaudan has captivated consumers worldwide with its fragrance and flavor creations. It has aroused emotions and shaped trends with prestigious perfumes, foods, and beverages. This anthology illustrates the company's contribution to the industry, with its expertise and the creativity it has undertaken to protect the natural resources from which it sources its ingredients. A journey through the fascinating world of scents With every turn of the page, readers discover a new, captivating story. The work of five authors explores the philosophical, historical, scientific, and literary aspects of an industry that touches the emotions of millions of people around the world every day.
