In the market where we operated, this offering was truly revolutionary. Customers received individually designed systems—designed to achieve an optimal indoor climate while using the least amount of energy possible.

In the meantime, we have established and strengthened cooperation with leaders in the global market of ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment, as well as heat pumps and photovoltaic cells.

We've also been intensively improving our Customer Service system, including creating an innovative IT platform for HellCold Service. This solution gives our customers full access to their equipment's maintenance schedule and all previous contacts with the Service Department. The Customer Service system also documents the history of our collaboration with you, ensuring the highest level of service and advice in the future.
