- A rare collection of "urban fragrances" from Le Labo, available for one month only
Perfumery Le Labo is launching the second installment of its "city exclusive" fragrances. These exclusive fragrances are available exclusively at 11 international retailers.
In today's increasingly digital age, shopping in person in brick-and-mortar stores is becoming increasingly difficult. Apps are emerging that allow us to place orders one day and receive items the next. Le Labo perfume house is bucking this trend.
What makes the “city exclusive” series stand out?
Niche bottles bearing the Le Labo signature are coveted not only because they're difficult to obtain—until now, they were only available at the production site. Moreover, each fragrance is meticulously hand-blended, and its structure is carefully considered. A trip to San Francisco for Limette 37 is well worth the effort. Every man would love to own this modern cologne, which unexpectedly combines notes of jasmine and clove, balanced by
citrusy bergamot .
To another continent for perfume?
The company's founders realize that traveling the world in pursuit of perfume is possible only for a select few. That's why, once a year, Le Labo bottles travel around the world. They are available for a month in every sales department. This means that from September 1st, Vanille 44 – the essence of Paris – will also be available in Moscow and Chicago. Meanwhile, Poivre 23 – a very warm, spicy, and oriental scent of Bourbon pepper – previously reserved for London – can also be purchased in brick-and-mortar stores, such as Dubai.
This fall, you can also expect two new fragrances. Following the reopening of the Dallas location, the floral Aldehyde 44 has been revived. Mousse De Chene 30 from Amsterdam, a blend of cinnamon and moss, has also joined the city collection.
