Research shows that both peppermint and citrus oils have many beneficial properties. How can they benefit us in everyday life?

Benefits of mint scent

At Wheeling Jesuit University in 2011 A study conducted in 2015 focused on the properties of peppermint essential oil. Participants who spent at least two hours a day in an environment where the mint scent was diffused experienced less headaches. They also consumed fewer calories per week than those who stayed in rooms without the scent. Furthermore, participants in the first group were significantly more energetic and alert.
