What are “Orange Blossom” and “Neroli” oils made from?
Both oils are produced from the same flower, but using a different extraction method that determines the structure and aromatic properties of the oils. Bitter orange blossoms are hand-picked between late April and early May.
"Orange Blossom" is extracted using solvents that capture a much thicker essence richer in aromatic compounds. "Neroli" is obtained by steam distillation of freshly picked flowers, which tend to be lighter in color and more delicate in aroma.
